After Alyssa's party we went to my Grandparents house (Grandma and Grandpa DeLancy) where she received some books, which she loves. A big day for a little birthday girl. She was absolutely exhausted and cranky by the end of the day.

Alyssa's 1st Birthday!
We celebrated Alyssa's first birthday with family. We had Aly's birthday party on Saturday and had a party with the Bruschkes, Yees, Doug's dad (Doug's Mom is in Houston with the Myers family) (little)Liz, Becky and Michael. We played pin the nose on Elmo (Morgan and Natalie tied). Alyssa received a blue care bear from the Yees, little people from the Bruschkes, Winnie the Pooh scooter and ball game from us, Elmo live from Grandma and Papa Leber, and some money to start a bank account from Grandma and Grandpa Higham.

Thanks for sharing the fun with us. The kids had a blast. You have now set a standard for the kids that will be hard to attain.
Liz, I can't believe it's been a year already. That went by so fast! Aly is a real cutie. Allison and Emily were looking at her birthday pictures with me (I've become such a blog-stalker!) They kept saying they hope our baby is that cute. Enjoy year #2, it is one of my favorites!
Wow! Can you believe that she is a year old already? It feels like you just had her and now she is so big and soooooooo cute! Happy Birthday Alyssa!
